How does the loyalty discount system work?

Your total sales in the current calendar year form the basis for your personal loyalty discount in the following year. The higher your annual sales, the more attractive your loyalty discount will be – up to 12%. 

Our system is deliberately designed to be simple and transparent:

• You buy at attractive wholesale prices

• benefit from additional volume discounts on many products

• and are rewarded for your loyalty with a sales-based loyalty discount

This combines several price advantages into a particularly strong overall package – without complicated bonus programs or hidden conditions.

Our goal is a sustainable, fair partnership that benefits both sides. With our loyalty discount system, we thank you for your trust and your ongoing cooperation – transparent, predictable, and long-term.

Your net sales from 2026 determine your loyalty discount of 3%, 6%, 9%, or 12% on all orders and purchases for the entire year 2027 – regardless of the amount of the respective purchase!

 

Your personal loyalty discount applies to almost all items in our wholesale range. The only items excluded from the loyalty discount are items from other companies (e.g., farfalla, Sambol, VitaJuwel), CDs, DVDs, Mineral Cards, books and other printed products, jewelry design findings and other items made of silver, gemstone pillows and blankets, incense, 375 gold jewelry, gold nuggets, and items at special and promotional prices.

 

The loyalty discount cannot be combined with other discounts, e.g., the 12% in-house exhibition discount.
